would this be an issue when it comes to the interview time?
because i think we may lack in evidences when providing like utility bills. i know the whole interview thing and evidences is subjective to the interview but still... anybody have any experience with this?
also... there will be request for evidences between the legitimacy between the illegal immigrant and the petitioning spouse before the interview, right??? (such as photos of us, joint-statements, etc)
there will be request for evidences between the legitimacy between the illegal immigrant and the petitioning spouse before the interview, right??? whether the spouse is illegal or not, evidence of bona fide marriage needs to be provided.
whether the spouse is illegal or not, evidence of bona fide marriage needs to be provided. yeah, but that doesnt really answer my question though lol
i had my interview friday and was approved. I also live with my inlaws and had no rental lease, here is a list of what we brought.
I have 2 years of Joint bank account statements.
I have our car insurance policy with both our names
I have her last 2 years of taxes which we filed jointly.
Marriage Certificate
We have credit cards statements under both our names.
High School diplomas showing we attended same high school.
High School Pictures (we were high school sweethearts and dated 5 years before we got married)
We have pictures of 3 proms together and several other dances, Wedding pictures
Copy of the packet we sent in.
Copies of all documents im bringing (incase the interviewer needs them)
Lastly just make sure you go some questions how u met and all that so you dont have 2 different stories. Example When asked how we met I answered "We met thru her sister who was my friend. She answered more specific "We met at a skateboarding contest" Both are true as I invited her and her sister to the contest and that is when I met her.
Good Luck
married and living with parents
