Im a naturalized U.S. citizen. After I filed I-130 for my brother who resides in his home country, he got married. How can I add his wife to his application?
1) Do I need to alter his application to change his status from Single to Married, and add his wifes info?
2) What documents do I need for filing petition for his wife? I guess Ill need her notarized birth certificate, marriage certificate, experience, etc. Is there a link or web-site detailing required documents that she needs to prepare?
you dont need to do anything at this time. When their PD becomes current, NVC will contact them and you, and they will fill out DS-230 for whoever his current wife would be at that time and children if any at that time.
