Unique case - newer heard before - filling i130 - only happens in india
One of my friend want to file for I130 for his mother but he also want to file for 485 adjustment of status along with it. So far everything is normal, now comes the twist. His mother is in India and have 10 visitor visa and he want to calls his mother only when I130 get approved. Is this possible? Only Indians can think this way. Proud to be an Indian at heart.

Is this friend an American citizen or Legal Permanent Resident.a.k.a green card? Your thinking isnt unique to Indians, sorry to bust the bubble...most would be immigrants are in the same thinking boat with you. Yes, anything is possible as long as it is within the required USCIS guidelines... Yes, you are confusing yourself unnecessarily.
He is US citizen?.So is this within a USCIS guidelines.
