I-864EZ Supporting Documents

Hi Guys .. I am getting ready to submit DS260/I-864EZ for my wife for consular processing. I am gathering the documents for the I-864EZ. For tax 2010, I lived off my 401K savings since I was laid off and I owe money to the IRS which I will be making monthly payments to pay my balance off. Since my 1040 form I am attaching with I-864 will show I owe money to the IRS, do I need to include a copy of the installment agreement with it? Also, do I need to include the 1099 forms from last year where I took the money out of my 401K? Here is what I am planning on including with the form as supporting documents:
1- Employment letter from company with salary over $55K/year
2- Pay stubs since January of this year
3- Tax returns for 2010
4- Tax return transcripts for 2009 and 2008
5- Copy of my current 401k Balance
6- Copy of my IRA balance

Do you think that is enough or do I need to include more supporting documents?

Thanks for your input

The form talks about income. It does not address whether you owe taxes or not, but rather whether you have been filing taxes [if required to] which is a responsibility of a law abiding citizen. I am convinced you have more than enough documents to be approved as a sole sponsor.
