Biometrics
What is the validity period of Biometrics. I was told that biometrics taken on 02/2008 are still valid and they dont new ones from me.
I have applied for I-485, under F-4 category.

Normally they are valid for only 15 months. However, sometimes they resubmit stored fingerprints before the end of the 15 months, so they remain valid for another 15 months. Thats probably what happened with you.
But you have another issue -- how come your I-485 is still pending since 2008 in F4? What is your priority date? Are you from Mexico or the Philippines?

My old (2008) FP were for my other case. I filed my F-4 petition last month. I hope what they are saying is true cause I would hate to see a delay in my petition.
