i 130 time for approvalHello friend,its been four months and three weeks and i still have not got approval for my parents i130 yet,is this normal?any idea anyone?what should i do?whats the normal time duration for approval of parents i130?
What service center? Its taking about 5 months according to the website for most service centers.
California service center
I just mailed my 130 petition for my mother. I live in NJ and so I dont know whythey routed to the California Service Center. They received the application on Monday and my check has already been cashed. I also received the email and text message with the Case Number indicating acceptance of the petition. So far so good. They are moving fast. I hope to get the approval this month.
