if filling concurrently for green card,travel doc and work permit, are the last 2 free of charge

i am in process of applying for green card through marriage, I have heard if you concurrently fill for green card, work authorization and travel document, the last 2 ( work and travel doc) are free of charge. is it true I dont want all this to come back.
