F4 visa question

I am US citizen and I had applied I 130 for my brother as unmarried and after applying that, he got maaried in 2 years. My question is-when I can his martial status? Before approval or after approval fron USCIS. PLease reply me soon. Thanks.

Dont worry, once the petition is approved, and when a visa number is issued to him (average 9 to 10 years) you can add his wifes name and any kids.

Citi786 is right, it could only be done after it goes to NVC for CP when your priority date becomes current.
So getting married does not invalidate I130 I guess. Can a married brother/sister also be sponsored by a sibling, whats the difference in terms of qualification and priority dates if the sibling is married vs. unmarried?
