I filed B2 extension for my parents already, and still waiting for approval, and the I94 expired already, in this case, can I still file I130 and 485 for them?

Yes you can file the I-130 and I-485, but it will void their B2 extension, for rather obvious reasons.

So I assume I need to attach the B2 extensions receipt with 485 to prove my parents legal stay, because I94 and B2 expired already.. right?
