How can i contact USCIS, I havent recevied the green card and its been seven weeks since the case was approved. When I call 800 number i dont get the option to transfer to live agent..what option do I have to select on the phone to talk to Customer service rep.

How can i contact USCIS, I havent recevied the green card and its been seven weeks since the case was approved. How do you know it was approved? Verbal approval in the interview is not an official approval. Did you receive a letter or email showing the approval?

we received approval letter two days after our interview. it says july 1st; but online status shows that it is approved on July 14; not sure why these dates are different. do i need to get infopass appt..is this going to help?
