i-485 checks cashed, so no RFE? or is there still a chance that they can RFE after they cashed the checks?

There could be a RFE anytime, encashment of the check has nothing to do with the initial adjudicating of the I-485.

According to my attorney, if USCIS cashes your check, usually means that everything is fine, but you never know with them!

When they Cash the check it merely means your initial paperwork to file with the petition are in order.
