question about I 693 (medical exam)
Hello!
Somehow I didn’t date portion 1 of I 693 (medical exam). I signed it though. Now I have a sealed envelope with the results of my medical exam and cannot do anything to correct the omission. I know I’m not allowed to open the envelope. Do I need to worry that I didn’t write the date on the form? Can I submit the letter as it is? Will this letter be accepted?

As long as the doctor dated his/her signature, I dont think it should be a problem.

if your really worried im sure you can go back to the doctors and get the secretary to redo that one page.
