File Green for Brother (family based green card)I am a US citizen and want to apply green card for my brother and he has recently came to us on FI student visa so which option is better to choose either AOS (adjust of status) or consular process in filling the I-130 form. can any one let me know
Doesnt matter, its going to take around 9+ years. If he is here he can do AOS, if he isnt, you can inform Department of State or NVC depending upon his physical location. Make sure he DOES NOT accrue any unlawful stay in US!
