Question about G325A

Hi

When filling out the G-325A, and filling out the form for the US citizen, not the immigrant, where it says applicant residence last five years and applicants place of employment last five years is that for the US citizen, or the immigrant? Confused...

Thanks

You fill up two G325s, one for the petitioner and one for the beneficiary.

You fill up two G325s, one for the petitioner and one for the beneficiary. So for hers, the US citizen, I complete those fields with her residence and employment and all that, but at the bottom where it says in the box outlined by heavy border applicants name and A number doesnt that refer to the immigrant? do I put her name there ? or the immigrants name?

Yes you fill up all info including residence and employment, if she is a Naturalized Citizen put her A-Number otherwise leave it blank.
