I getting US Citizenship this month. I would like to apply Green card for my Brother and his family. My brother is working on H1B. my Questions are:
1) After applying GC for my brother, Can he work in US ? on which status?
2) Can I apply green card for my brothers wife too?
3) how long GC process will take?
