Police verification certificate
Dear,
I am a Bangladeshi national. My brother in USA applied for Family based green cards. I am married and two kids under age of 5 years. Now NVC requests for all civil documents along with Biographic Data form(DS-230). I am outside my country for five years and living in Kuwait. How to get the police verifiaction certificate? Should it be from Bangladesh or Kuwait? Confused???
All countries has their different rules for it.
