I-130 Questions
i am on LPR and going to apply I130 for my wife (abroad). Ive couple of questions regarding name and address in I130 and G325A
1. We got married last month and my wife still has her maiden name on her passport and ID card, in this case can i use her married name in I130 and she can change her passport and ID next month to reflect the married name. I can use her maiden name and change her name later but it would be more hassle to change it later.
2. Should C2,19,21 addresses must match or they could be different. which one of them is actual mailing address. can i have C2 different then 19 and 21. should C2 and 19 be same. Reason i am asking is my wife is living at her parents these days and i want all mails to go to her parents house and not my house abroad.
3. Is there any template for affidavits to affimed the bona fides of marital relationship.
