how long it will to will take to get the work permit after responding to RFEi applied to aos on may 6 and i got rfe for i 864 on june 16 and i have sent the reply to rfe on july 16th so my question is how long will it take to get my work permit.

I am waiting for my fingerprint appointment too. I applied to Nebraska Center. I called and USCIS told me to wait another 45 days from the day I called.
06/01/2010- Received documents.
06/05/2010- Cashed checks.
06/07/2010- NOA reciepts for 485, 765, 130

Day 132 - 7-29-2010 Received Initial Interview Appt for September 2nd
Our lawyer sent the RFE response for our i485 (wanted to know about my passport which i turned in a few years along with my mom) on July 2nd. Yesterday I received my initial interview notice but still no work permit which I need DESPERATELY so my lawyer made me an infopass appointment for Monday to request an interim EAD since its been more than 4 months and still nothing.
