Hi,
Has anyones (or you know somebody whos) immgrant visa was denied because he/she lied at the time of applying non-immigrant visa application saying " No" for Question 36 on DS-156 i.e. Has anyone has filed immigration visa petition on your behalf", whereas in real immigration petition has been filed on your behalf.
