Student visa to Adjustment of status, to repeat Biometrics app. again?I came here on a student visa and when I filed for my OPT I went to get my Biometrics done, 4 years later I am now filing for an Adjustment of status and I am just wondering if I will be required to repeat the Biometrics appointment? Yes, you will need new FP done. You might have committed many crimes in the last 4 years, so the FBI want to make sure you arent a criminal. FP is required throughout the immigration process, the last part of this is when you become a naturalized citizen and dont have to deal with USCIS. best wishes to you.
