How young can wife be?

My wife is 19 yrs old us citizen, we have been married a few months , however i am not sure if that is too young to file for me based on our marriage. There is a 10 yrs age difference

Shes over 18 therefore an adult. You will be fine in that regard.

How old are you?
If you are 10yrs (or more) older than her, you might have some potential problems... I hope you are less than 29.

When a USC spouse is 19 yrs young, its likely that USCIS might suspect that she is being taken advantage of.
Im not trying to be judgmental - but your wife should have gone to college first before getting married. Otherwise, I wish your young marriage the best...

A USC spouse can be under 18 and still file an I-130. The problems come with the I-864 in that case. However, she is 19 and old enough to sign a contract which is what the I-864 is.

She has to file an I-864 but can she meet the income requirements? If not she will need a co-sponsor. Does she have one? OR if you are wealthy enough an I-864W is possible.
