You have not addressed whether INA 212(e) applies or not and if it does or if it has been waived.

Is there a reason for not including the I-131?

Is there a reason for not including the I-131? regards: INA 212(e), I have never heard of this one, what does this refer to?

I-131: good idea to apply for it too, but I dont know my travel dates at this point in time. So I thought to skip it and apply for it once I know when I will travel.

thanks

correction: INA-212(e) does not apply and is stated on the copies of the Visas I submit and the DS-2019 copy I submit. So doesnt this cover it?
