HI,
Im about to send my I-751 to USCIS and i have completed my package just need the two affidavits from two person who could say that they know me and my wife and our marriage is going good.
My question is can my brother in law ( my wifes brother) give me that affidavit or that affidavit has to be given by some friend ?
Please reply.
Regards
Dont bother with those affidavits if your other evidence is solid. Those affidavits are a last resort for people whose other evidence is weak.
thanks for your reply ...

You should be in good shape. Hopefully your I-751 will be approved without an interview.
