Parents GCMy parents initially came to the US after getting their GC but now they have been out of the country for almost 2 years. What are their options to travel back to the US? Should I start the I-130 process all over again? Thanks
They can apply for a Returning Resident Visa (SB-1). If that fails, theyll need to start over with a new I-130.
