hi, we jointly filed I-751 and have received notice of receipt and now waiting for Biometrics appointment notice but am seeing separation coming soon due to marriage problems and am intending to move to another state. If i notify the USCIS of separation while my case is pending, will they still require spouse to appear at the interview if requested? Also, am wondering what chances my I-751 petition getting approved given my circumstance. Of course marriage was bonafide. Weve been married for almost 4 years now and have a 3-year old son.
