my spouse got an OPT that expired a year ago and filling for GC

Hi, I am filing a petition for my spouse who used to be a student here, about to file file I-130, I-485, I-765. I-693, I-864, G-325A(for me and my spouse) with supporting documents.

Since she hasnt been back to school after her OPT expired, on the I-765 form what should we put on No:15 when asked for her current immigration status? She might be out of status even though she never received a letter... Also, she had some unauthorized employments while she was in college and after OPT expired she kept her job until her company found that out a year later then fired her...Do we just need to list ONLY the authorized employments history on the G-325 to be on the safe side?

All employment in the past 5 years should be listed, unauthorized or legal. Assuming you are a US citizen, her unauthorized employment will be forgiven. However, unpaid taxes will not be forgiven by the IRS.

I am a US Citizen and she filed taxes for unauthorized and legal employment. He corporate got her fired a year after the OPT expired when they were doing the I-9 re-verification. So what should we put for her current status on form I-765,since shes not working anymore and didnt go back to school; should we put "out of status", "unemployed" or just "student"? She never got arrested and got a clean background check

"Out of status" or "expired F1" is fine.
