Expiditing EAD Card?
I have went ahead and tried to expidite EAD card last week. I received news today that it was approved and card is now in the production phase.
question - will the advance parole be expedited automatically with the EAD and still come as one card?
I have spoken to 3 customer service reps at the USCIS and recieved different feedback from each one.
Any ideas?
It should be as USCIS are now issuing the joint EAD/AP card.
ctraquair...how did you go about expediting your EAD?
How does one expedite EAD? I have done my interview without finger prints but i did apply for EAD. the IO said he will get back to us but I really wanna work bcuz we are in really financial problem. My wife is seek ,she cant work and I need to work so we can make a living?
