Can I go to INFOPASS alone?
I applied for GC, marriage based. We had our interview but nothing from them yet...
If I schedule for an INFOPASS (I think I will when our waiting time exceeds 1 month), can I go alone or does my USC spouse have to go with me?
You can go alone.
Wait for at least 60 days before scheduling your info pass. 30 days is too soon for USCIS.
