petition of a US citizen to an alien spouse
hello,
good day!!!I just want to ask regarding my petition.My husband is a US citizen and he filed an immigrant visa for me last April 2010.We got married in the Philippines but my papers were addressed here in Jeddah ,K.S.A. where im currently living because of my work.For how long should be the waiting time for me to get the visa ?When i check the status in the USCIS website it was already on the post decision activity!!!Is there any way for me to visit my husband in the US?thanks
Has the I-130 been approved? Did he specify a consulate in Saudi Arabia for Q22 of the I-130?
