Q14 of form I-130
I am suck with Q14 of I-130 which says "date and place of admission for lawful permanent resident and class of admission".
I know class of admission F41, but what shud i write in date n place of admission for LPR..... the date n place where green card granted or the port of entry when they first enter USA??
The I-130 is to be filled by the (petitioner) person who is apply for your Green card, in this card could be your wife.
Now if she is a U S Citizen then that question should be answered as N/A however if she is a Legal Permanent Resident (LPR) which means she has a Green Card too, then you need to put down date and place of when and where that status was granted to her.
