us citizen sponsoring motherhi I just became a us citizen and would like to sponsor my mom, i have a brother who is currently 20 but he is from a second marriage (different father) will he be automatically added to my mother petition or I have to file a separate petition for him....
Hell require a separate petition, that will be FB4 and a many year wait.
