Hi,

I am an LPR in US and married to US Citizen. We have had mutiple failed IVF and now want to use anonymonuos egg donor from India . I wanted to know when child is bron, would i be (as an LRP) be able to bring child back to
US and after coming here file for childs I-140.

I would really appreciate any infomration in this regard.

This is bound to be complicated. Its probably even more complicated if a USC is not the biological father. You need a lawyer, not an anonymous message board.

Egg donor is different from surrogate mother. If its just a case of egg donor procedure, then you the LPR would be the one pregnant (hopefully) with your USC husbands child and as such there should be no question as to who the parents are and if you can travel back to the US with YOUR child. If you however use a surrogate to bear the child then you will definitely need a lawyer because you may need to legally adopt the child.
