Will this Overstay person qualify for legal status based on the folliowing past history?
The problem :
Every time the person renewed his Drivers License and applied for a new state ID, colleges/universities that he attended, every job he held in the U.S.A using his own SSN and a valid state Drivers License, credit card applications, bank accounts and apartment rental applications, he has always put it an an U.S Citizen on there. Would this jeopardize his chances in the future with his applications for Green Card and/or U.S Citizenship?
