Same Sex Marriage Case REMANDED to BIA

The Attorney General has remanded this case back to the BIA, today (May 5, 2011) to rule on the Constitutionality of the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) in the Immigration Context.
This is an issue to watch.
NICE! I am hoping that unmarried partners or registered partners can soon immigrate. I have NO intention of getting married, but I do have a partner.
