adjustemnt of status while on B1/B2
I am currently on a business trip in the US. The trip is going to take a few months as I am planning to start a business here.
Also I have my B1/B2 before i got married to my wife who is a citizen.
Is it possible to apply for a advanced parole and EAD, while I am in the US and start my GC procedure ??

As long as you did not have the intention of adjusting your status when you entered the US, you should be fine submitting an I-130/I-485 combo.

The I-485 fee includes the costs for the I-130 (advance parole) and I-765 (EAD). They can all be filed together with the I-130.
