Anyone
THis sure looks like a marriage for a GC.
OP, if you read the forum you will note that proof of a legitimate marriage will allow removal of conditions even if the marriage has ended. Your post indicates you would be unable to provide such documentation - i.e., your marriage was of convenience only.
I called the USCIS office and the rude lady that spoke to me said that I would be getting my conditional green card even though I have been married for over 2 yrs now.
The USCIS phone people are very inconsistent and unreliable. Ignore what that person told you, and wait to see the actual card before you get concerned.
How come you didnt have an interview? Is your green card a derivative one based on your husbands employment or a petition filed by your husbands relative? Or is your husband a US citizen?
