Please i dont know what else to do ive been threw so much and finally ive married a beautiful man in Morocco and we are so in love and happy and now it may be taken from us because i married him in Jan and great but i am home now since March in USA i am a citisen born and raised but anyhow i filed the I-130 petition as i was told and now i hear you need to have a certain amount of income to be able to bring them and i am on SSI i am diabled so now i am very sad and we both are very worried and cring because we truely love each other also that it may take a yr or 2 if they do approve also..PLEASE HELP US..

Since you married before checking out the requirements - a very basic task, you should work with an immigration social service agency in your area to have the best chance of successfully brining him to the US. You should see if any family member would be willing to cosponsor or if he has sufficient resources to give you to counter the income requirement. If he has money and property in Morocco and is unwilling to give it to you to use for his GC, you are being used for a GC.

So i can get someone in family to help sponcer him ok like my son ?and how do i go about that now?ive filed the I-130 and paid already they sent me reciet so what do i do now and thank you so much ive not stop cring tring to get answers i appreciate so much..We truely are in love and he is a very good husband and they are poor and very good i know he isnt a fake or anything like that he dont want or ask me for anything he just wants a life and to be happy he is 41 and feels he will never have wife and life getting to old as i do to..

I appreciate all who know and give me a idea in this case i truely need my husband he is a great husband and he has suffered alot also and we have so much in common ive also had a hard life and finally happy and Married a great man that now they try to tell me we cant live on my income when we can and for what they get there its crazy ..So how can i do to sponcer him with maybe my son who works and is a good son who i know would help me ,But i filed the I-130 already so what happens now do i waite or what do i do?im so confused ..
