Police certificate from canada
Hi,
Please could smeone tell me how long it takes to get police certificate from Canada and the UK ?
I am petitioning for my wife, she spent 6 months in the UK and a year in Canada.

In Canada, if you get your fingerprints done electronically it takes 3-7 days! I got mine done on a Wednesday and I had the police certificate in my hand on Monday! It cost $65 plus a few other fees but saves A LOT of time!!!!

are you going through consuler processing in Montreal, canada? I thought you only need the NO conviction police record from Canada NOT the fingerprint?? Coz I just done applying my police record in Canada and no fingerprint and it cost me $67 and will take at least 4 weeks to get the "no conviction" police record/certificate. I am really confused now after i read your post. can you please explain a lil more. Thanks.
just wanted to add, while I was at the police station, I asked about fingerprinting and they said it will cost another $27 and takes around the same time. Really wondering how did you get yours so fast!!
