i-130 got approved, now what?
I am petitioning for my wife. I am a GC since 3/2006 and my wife is here in US as F1, now under EAD. What forms do I need to fillup to do the AOS for her GC.

When did you file I-130 for her? If you didnt file it at least 4 years ago, shes not eligible for AOS at this time.

Did you mean November 2010?
She cannnot file I-485 until they cross her priority date (Nov. 2010?) in the family 2A category in the visa bulletin (http://www.travel.state.gov/visa/bul...etin_5368.html), or you become a citizen, whichever comes first.
You got your GC in March 2006, so you can apply for citizenship right now unless you have something in your history that would disqualify you, like too much time traveling abroad or criminal offenses.
