Green Holder Sponsering Family (scenario)

My Mom wants to Sponser her Brother for greed card...My Mom is green card holder for 2 years and I Sponser her..
-is it possible can she can sponser her brother??
-is there is any issue she is my depeneded as I sponser her...
Kindly help me out please...

She will have to first become a US citizen before she can file for her brother. Even then it will take several years.
