how many passport photo as alien relative need when file 1-130/485 at the same time?
I-130, needs alien relative 2 passport photos,
1-485 needs 2 passport photos,
I-765 needs 2 passport photos,
I wonder how many photos I need to sumbit when I file 130/485 at the same time, how many photos my spouse need? (he is u.s. citizen)
I needed 8 and my husband US Citizen needed 6..thats what the lawyer requested.
Its actually very clear from the instructions. You need 5 from the beneficiary and 1 from the petitioner(US citizen or LPR). If you are also going I-131, you will add two from the beneficiary.
I-130- One from petitioner and one from beneficiary
I-485- Two from beneficiary
I-765- Two from beneficiary
