My father is a permanent resident and he petitioned for me, he lives in the USA and i live in mexico. im single, no kids and im 28 years old, and i have a handicapped. is there any way i could join my father in new mexico, any humanitiarian cases? exemptions or special cases, that would allow me to be in new mexico with my family and not in mexico by myself. My petitioned was approved on 2004, i was wondering how much longer do i have to wait? How long does it take for my appointment at the consulate or years?
