If your AP document has expired, you are in a spot of bother. What is the basis of your AOS and what was the status you had before applying for AOS?

i was on b1-b2 visa and its married based aos
If and when the I-130 is approved, your spouse must file I-824 to transfer the case to a consulate ... unless you can obtain a dual-intent visa like H1B or L1 to reenter the US.
I hope you didnt overstay the B1/B2 visa for 180 days before filing for AOS.
If your AP expired in September 2010, that means it was issued in September 2009, and your AOS was filed before September 2009. Its unusual to have a marriage-based AOS pending for so long. Is your case based on marriage to a US citizen, or marriage to a permanent resident? Have you been interviewed?
