Sponsor mother
I am a U.S. citizen. My mother is a citizen of an EU country. I would like to sponsor her to become a permanent resident of the US but have flexibility to return to our home country for 3-4 months per year. I think that it ok under the GC status - correct?
If someone could simply give me one-word answers the questions below, that would be much appreciated... Thanks in advance.

3-4 months once in a year is not going to be a issue for a LPR.
No Attorney needed all forms all self explanatory.
You need to file I-130 for CP.
It can take anywhere from 4-8 months these days.
