Hi,

My wife is filling out a I-130 form. To the question N°14 it asks for Arrival/Departure Record(I-94) but I applied to the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) months ago and I dont get I-94 forms anymore. What should we put in (my ESTA reference is longer than the available space).

Yes my wife is a US citizen. I did enter the US with a visa waiver > I arrived a week ago so I have 83 days left. Since I have applied to ESTA I dont need to fill out a I-94 til next year. Any idea?

I had the same problem as you. Arrived on Waiver visa and had filled ESTA. I didnt get an I-94. My lawyer told me to just write "ESTA" where they ask for the I-94 number. You should also join a copy of your ESTA with all the forms (you can find the records online).
