Alright, I am 19 years old. I will turning 21 in December 2012. I was born in NY and I am still residing here. My parents came in illegally. They came to the US from Panama using a fake passport, their pictures were pasted onto the passport. My fathers name on some white card that the US border(?) issued when they entered the US is totally different from his real name, however my mothers name only has one problem, her last name has one extra letter. I was just wondering, how hard will the process be to helping them get their green cards? I know I should consult with some lawyers about this but most of them told me its not possible because my parents entered the US with someone elses passport with their photo pasted in it. Please tell me if you guys need anymore information to guide me the right way.
The lawyers are correct. Your parents entered fraudulently (and didnt address that issue by immediately acknowledging the fraud and applying for asylum), so if they want green cards they have to leave the US and wait for 10 years. Possibly longer if they are deported for the fraud.

Your parents got "white cards" those would be I-94s issued by INS (now that is done by CBP). This says that they did not present fake U.S. Passports which would be the end of the story of their immigration possibilies for life.
Your were born here 19+ years ago, so they entered prior to 4/30/2001. IF at anytime prior to 4/30/2001, either of your parents had any valid labor cert or any type of visa petition filed a on their behalf which was not fraudulent and could have been approvable when filed even if it was NOT approved. 245(i) could still be a possibility. Check with your parents about any visa petitions or labor certs that might have been filed prior to 4/30/01, even if it fell through (a petitioner fell out of the picture... like a company went out of business or a relative died).
How to get my parents a green card?
