I am a citizen who is petitioning my husband, and I dont know if I should add my husband income as part of my household... and also get another affidavit...
He is working without papers (cash) and he did his taxes 2010... Last year I made $26k and he did $27K...we only have one child, therefore I know that I qualify but at this moment I am not working...
1.Should I add his money as part of household??? or
2. Should I just put mine???
3. Should I get another affidavit???

You can only add his income if its legally authorized income. Which means you cant add his.

When asking for current income... I am putting those 26K that I did last year...as I said I lost my job in November... Is that OK??? or should I put what I am making in unemployment time 12?
Should I get another affidavit?
