Im stuck wondering whether I am affected by the recent regression or not..my Priority Date is 03/29/2000 and up until 2 months ago, my PD was current. ofcourse now it regressed to 01/01/2000 which is why Im wondering if Im affected by this or not.
I am at what they call packet 3 stage..Havent submitted DS-230 but my case is being processed at the NVC, and Ive paid the immigration visa feel bill way back in October. Basically, if I submit my DS-230 would it be rejected at this time or just not touched until my Priority Date becomes current again?
