Should I be concerned that it has been close to three months and I still have not received a biometrics notice?

I would be. A majority of the biometrics appointments are made within 30 days of the application being filed.

I would try calling again, and if that is no help make an INFOPASS appointment to speak with an officer regarding the case.

I also filed on same week as yours but i didnt get biometric yet. seems like you and me are in same boat. any update??? i am so worried now.
