affidavits of Bonafide Marriage
Another question, guys! The instructions on I130 ask for affidavits of Bonafide Marriage by a third party. I read a lot of different opinions about this. Some people say you dont have to send them as USCIS doesnt have it on the checklist for I 130, and that they will even delay the processing of the forms. Some people say youd send them, it will help. So, I am confused. Please, clear it out to me.

Those affidavits are a last resort for people who dont have other sufficient evidence. Dont send them if you think your other evidence is good, but you can bring them to the interview in case the interviewer asks for them.
